A woman descending into a wild ancient forest
Deep work · The Conscious Feminine

Descend. Deprogram.
Reclaim the Wild.

A six-month guided individuation journey for women ready to shed the performing self, deprogram cultural conditioning, and reclaim the wild instinctual feminine. Grounded in neuroscience, Jungian psychology, and ancient feminine wisdom.

The ache beneath success

The life you built on top of the self you were never allowed to be.

You built a life that works. From the outside, it may even look impressive. The career. The competence. The capacity to hold everything together.

But there is a tiredness that has nothing to do with sleep. A restlessness that has nothing to do with boredom. A hollowness at the centre of a life that looks, by every measure, full.

You might call it burnout. You might call it a midlife crisis. You might wonder if something is wrong with you. Nothing is wrong with you.

What you are feeling is perfect-life emptiness — the particular ache of a woman who built everything and feels at home in none of it. Something in you is refusing to be programmed any longer.

This is not a breakdown

It is an invitation.

More than 5,000 years ago, the oldest recorded myth in human history told the story of a goddess named Inanna — Queen of Heaven and Earth. At the height of her power, she heard a call from the underworld. Not a call to conquer. A call to descend.

Inanna’s descent is the first recorded map of a process that Carl Jung, thousands of years later, would call individuation — the movement toward psychological wholeness.

This is not the end of who you are. It is the beginning of individuation — the reclamation of the self you buried under the performance.

Descent and return

A four-part mythic arc — the oldest story a woman knows.

I
The Ache

We locate the ache beneath the achievement — perfect-life emptiness, existential burnout, the unlived life pressing at the seams of the life you built.

II
The Descent

At each of the seven gates, Inanna removed something — crown, jewels, garments — every symbol of the identity she had built. A guided, safe descent into what has been buried.

III
The Reclamation

You gather what descent revealed — power, tenderness, no, yes, voice — and return it to the body that can hold it.

IV
The Rising

You emerge sourced. Non-programmable. Living the life the woman underneath has been quietly, faithfully waiting for.

What lives inside the container

Six territories of the deep feminine.

This is not information delivery. It is a living, emergent, client-led process held inside a carefully structured container.

01
The Mythic Map

The 5,000-year-old descent of Inanna becomes your psychological architecture — not a story to study, but a living framework mirroring what is already moving in you.

02
Dreamwork

Your dreams are the psyche speaking in its own language. We work with them as living material — tracking symbols, figures, and movements the conscious mind cannot yet see.

03
Guided Descents

Practices that take you beneath the thinking mind, into the territories where real transformation happens — where buried instincts surface and exiled parts of the self begin to integrate.

04
The Body as Guide

Somatic tracking and nervous-system-aware practices that restore the instinctual knowing overridden by the performing mind. The feminine lives in the body. This is where you find her.

05
Feminine & Masculine Integration

Not rejecting the analytical mind — ending its solitary rule. The masculine and feminine dimensions of the psyche learn to work together, and a different kind of authority becomes possible.

06
Weekly Live Process

You receive material — recordings, integration prompts, a framework you can return to. And every week we meet live. Sessions are not recorded. Expect to be met, not managed.

Living as the Conscious Feminine

Women who move through this process do not become a different person. They become non-programmable.

  • Nervous-system steadiness under pressure — not rigidity, but the groundedness of a woman who is no longer bracing.
  • Clean boundaries without burnout — arising from inner authority, not self-protection.
  • Creative aliveness — the return of imagination, desire, and expression sacrificed to the performance identity.
  • Right-sized work and relationships — built from truth rather than appeasement or obligation.
  • Decisions made from the inside out.
  • Generational patterns begin to interrupt. You begin modelling sovereignty — inherited patterns weaken with you.

The felt sense is relief. Wholeness. A life you no longer need to escape or perform inside.

This container is for you if
  • You have achieved a great deal — and sense that achievement alone will never fill what is missing.
  • You are intelligent, reflective, and psychologically curious. You are not looking for affirmations or quick fixes.
  • You sense that something deeper in you is asking to emerge.
  • The old strategies — work harder, hold tighter, figure it out alone — are no longer working.
  • You feel a quiet dissatisfaction with the life you built. Not ingratitude. An honest recognition that something essential has been sacrificed.
This is not for you if
  • You want a quick solution or a productivity upgrade.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do.
  • You are looking for spiritual bypassing — beautiful language that avoids the real encounter with what is difficult.
Your guide

Dr. Selen Atasoy — neuroscientist and depth therapist.

For more than a decade, Selen studied consciousness as a neuroscientist at the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, UNSW Sydney, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra — publishing in journals including Nature Communications and developing the framework of connectome harmonics.

She trained as a psychotherapist and studied Depth Psychology, Gestalt, dreamwork, embodiment, and the mythic maps of feminine individuation — and lived her own descent as the most clarifying passage of her life.

The Conscious Feminine exists at the intersection of all of this. Science. Psyche. Myth. Body. Soul.

Considered questions

Precision before entry.

Is this spiritual or psychological?+

Both, held rigorously. Grounded in Depth Psychology, feminine individuation, embodiment, and consciousness research. Nothing mystical for its own sake; everything anchored in the body and the psyche.

How is this different from Strong Woman Detox?+

The Detox is a short, precise unwinding of the over-functioning pattern. The Conscious Feminine is a six-month guided individuation container — a full descent-and-return arc. Many women begin with the Detox; some enter Conscious Feminine directly when the call is unmistakable.

What is the format?+

A six-month process. Weekly live sessions facilitated by Dr. Selen Atasoy — not as a coach delivering answers, but as someone who has studied and walked this territory. Material, integration prompts, dreamwork, guided descents, somatic practice. Live sessions are not recorded.

Why is there an application?+

This work requires honesty, psychological readiness, and a willingness to meet yourself without the usual armour. The application respects the process itself and the women who will share the container with you. After your application is received, you will hear from Selen personally with full details of dates, structure, and investment.

Apply to join

Spaces are held for women who are genuinely ready.

If what you have read here resonates — not as an idea, but as a recognition — you are invited to apply. The application is simple. It is not an exam. It is a way of beginning the conversation. After your application is received, you will hear from Selen personally with full details of dates, structure, and investment.
